Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in the city of Orange, California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where I am most popular with my followers. I post about my daily life, the good and the bad. I came to America with my brother and parents in 1990 when I was 1 1/2 years old. young. I'm not living my life and sharing it with you if it weren't because my parents are devoted to dedication and hard work. With the opportunity to have an improved life I wanted to try my best to please them and determined to achieve my goals. It was my plan to study in order to finish my studies and secure a good job. And then I wanted a wife and kids. My life that I planned for me was not what it turned into. The year was 2013, and I realized that I was not happy being in my company job. Money and status did inspire me. I thought I was just wasting my time in exchange for an income. I had a passion for fitness and having fun and helping people while I walked my new career path. I discovered my passion for personal training. This year I will celebrate my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I started my own company. Being a Asian woman in the industry, we are among the few of us. In order to be an innovator in my field, and to offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving better health and happiness by establishing a life that is tailored to suit their requirements and to reach their targets. Also, I want everyone to be able to follow their dreams and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for in their life. In the beginning of my career, the death of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. She has won the eight-year fight with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven and I'll always have her close to my heart. The lessons we learn from life often go unnoticed yet they can prove very valuable. The passing of my mother has altered my life in several ways. I believe my death provided me with an opportunity to begin the next chapter. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. The time was right for her to transition to her next chapter and for me to have the chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. What I'm experiencing at the age of 30 is a feeling of aliveness and awareness. It's like I'm truly living rather than just surviving. I am sharing my experiences and experiences with you, hoping that you can resonate with my words and experiences in order to let you be aware that you're not on your own, to be aware that you are far more capable than anything else that you can imagine. the fact that real love is there and therapy is normal and needed that health truly is your most valuable asset. Only one life is yours. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
